Last minute

Sometimes you forget
the reminder never set
feet still move forward  

Usually I’ll make note in my planner to post on my website on the 25th of every month. I checked the date looming me in the face on my laptop then quickly realized the note was nowhere to be found. I’ve forgotten to post on my website before then proceeded to feel incredibly guilty about it. Instead of going down that rabbit hole again, I looked at my previous post. My post about changing books if you don’t like it enough to finish reading. It dawned on me that even if it’s done last minute, it’s still done. So, here’s a post for September that is lacking in color changing leaves, cozy sweaters, and mugs full of hot cocoa. It is still 75 degrees where I’m at so we’ll all take a deep breath and revel in the fact that something was accomplished today.
